Excel training day is customized for each occasion and organization in co-operation with the customer. If necessary, Loistaa Consulting maps the current Excel knowledge levels in the organization so that the training can focus on the right things. Training day consists of four modules which can contain any possible combination of the following options:

1. Classroom training about a relevant topic

a. Basic training (for example about formatting, cell reference, creating a chart, chart formatting and basic formulas)
b. Advanced training (for example about pivot and advanced formulas)
c. Expert training (for example advanced formulas & Power Query)

2. Excel-clinic, where anyone can come with their own specific Excel problems and their own files and get them solved right there

3. One-to-One Excel training, in which the focus is purely on increasing the work efficiency of the trainee. Trainer will observe the working methods and based on these observations as well as the questions from the trainee help them to get more out of Excel.

Examples of different training day combinations:

First a class room training from pivot and after that a training on if/sumifs/countifs -formulas. After lunch an Excel-clinic and then one-to-one training with a local Excel super user.
First a one-to-one training with a local Excel super user, after that a training to sales department on how to make visual graphs and how to protect data in Excel. After lunch an Excel-clinic and ending the day with a class room training about Power Query

Price of the training day is 1500 € VAT 0%, which includes a fully customized training day including all the necessary training and practice materials in electronic format. Price also includes trainer's travel costs in Helsinki area. Ask for an offer for a longer training program - for example 6 trainings over a course of a year.

All Loistaa Consulting trainings are held in customers' facilities, so that there is no extra travel needed for the customer and that allows the trainings to be split into smaller pieces so that everyone can attend only the trainings relevant for them.
