Becoming Excel super user -mentoring program is meant for someone who have or will have Excel as their primary tool in work. Program contains start meeting, six face-to-face training days (each eight hours) and a closing meeting. If agreed commonly, part of the face-to-face meeting can be done remotely and possibly be split into shorter parts. In the start meeting we analyze the beginning level, agree on the target level and on the focus of the program between the mentoree, their supervisor and the trainer/mentor. In the training meetings we go through different work tasks and find ways to utilize Excel in a more efficient way in those and learn new Excel functionalities and go through cases on which they may be useful. We will also create new reports and other workbooks that utilize the newly learned functionalities. In the closing meeting we analyze the mentoree's reached skill level and compare that to the target level, analyze how the targets were achieved and what could be next steps on the learning.
